Six first-grade students were trampled to death and 39 injured during a stampede at a middle school in East China's Jiangxi Province on Saturday evening, local officials confirmed yesterday. 据当地政府官员证实，在星期六中国东部的江西省一所中学发生踩踏事件，造成了六名初一学生死亡和39名学生受伤。
